Since 2025, La Estrella Social Innovation Centre has been running a School of Innovation and Social Impact to improve the training of social organisations and entrepreneurs in the province of Salamanca, its municipalities and the border region.
To this end it delivers a capacity-building programme with a clearly applied open innovation methodology, made up of actions that allow organisations to professionalise and projects to achieve greater success.
The School focuses on equipping young people, professionals and organisations with key skills for social and economic innovation, encouraging the exchange of knowledge and experience. Through courses, seminars and workshops, it strengthens cross-border cooperation to tackle shared challenges and develop sustainable solutions.
Training plan
It uses a learning-by-doing methodology to prepare and mature the business model, with mentoring for entrepreneurial projects that drive regional, economic and social development.
