Mercedes-Benz chose the historic Ciudad Rodrigo as the ideal location for a special event commemorating the 45th anniversary of the iconic G-Class and unveiling its first fully electric version. This walled city, located on the border between Spain and Portugal, was the perfect setting for this unique event, held on 16 and 17 November. During the gathering, 45 owners of G-Class vehicles from both countries came together, each representing one of the 45 years since the launch of this renowned off-roader. Attendees not only got to put their vehicles' capabilities to the test, but also had the chance to try out the new electric model in its different versions, including the highly anticipated G 580 e.
