The Ciudad Rodrigo City Council, the Diputación de Salamanca, the Universidad Pontificia (UPSA) and Adecocir are collaborating on the development of the social innovation educational project “Intercentros Design for Change”, which involves schools from the city and the surrounding area.
The mayor, Marcos Iglesias, highlighted the importance of collaboration between institutions as well as promoting innovation among students.
The training presentation was also attended by the Vice-Rector for Continuing Education and
Doctoral Studies, Pedro Sangro Colón, and the Director of Continuing Education and Own Qualifications, Juan Medina Contreras, from UPSA; from the Diputación's Employment and Rural Development Area, Julio Nager Royo; and Miguel Luengo Pierrard, president of Design for Change.
