Restaurante La Muralla, located inside the Hotel Conde Rodrigo II in Ciudad Rodrigo, was the official venue for the 4th Acorn-Fed Morucho Ox Meat Fair.
The event offered the public the chance to sample a carefully curated selection of dishes made exclusively with acorn-fed morucho ox meat, a native breed of great culinary and cultural value. In addition to the gastronomic offerings, the programme includes parallel activities such as informative talks, culinary demonstrations, and meetings with livestock farmers and meat production experts.
